OUR STORY
Established in 1998, owner Ted Hultman continues his vision with his sons; Ryder and Tanner Hultman. Together this second generation of contractors has worked hard to establish long-lasting, professional relationships with local vendors and sub contractors to ensure swift and thorough contracting services in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and surrounding cities of Thurston County, WA.

Giving Back to Our Community
At LakeView Contractors, we believe being a local contractor means more than building great projects—it means investing in the community we call home.
Recently, our team had the opportunity to give back by donating our time and materials to replace two arbors at the Olympia Farmers Market. The existing structures were in need of replacement, and we were proud to help provide strong, beautiful new arbors for the market and the community to enjoy.

We’re grateful to the Master Gardener Foundation of Thurston County for the opportunity to contribute to this project and for their kind recognition of our work. Supporting local organizations and helping improve the places that bring our community together is something we're proud to be part of.
